A drop-in replacement vitamin cartridge for AquaHomeGroup shower filter housings. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) neutralizes free chlorine and chloramine through a chemical reaction, providing a second layer of filtration when paired with a primary inline filter cartridge.
No housing included — this is a refill cartridge only.
Easy Replacement
No tools required. Open your existing filter housing, remove the old vitamin cartridge, drop in the new one.

Fits all AquaHomeGroup 15-stage and 20-stage filter housings, and compatible with other shower filters of similar design.
Replacement Schedule
