Shipment Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. If we experience a significant delay, we will notify you by email or phone. Please allow additional transit days for delivery during peak times.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours.

We collect sales tax at checkout whenever legally required.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not liable for packages damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and the damaged item before filing a claim.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us to arrange the return.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
