Returns
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your order, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Please do not send any products back without authorization.
How to Start a Return
To begin your return, please contact us and a member of our support team will provide:
- Your Return Authorization (RA) number
- The correct return address
- Any additional instructions needed
Returns sent without an RA number may be refused.
Packaging Your Return
Once your return is authorized:
- Repack the item securely
- Include your original invoice (if available)
- Clearly write the RA number inside the package
Shipping Your Return
After you receive the authorized return address, ship the item using any trackable or insured method.
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Ensuring the package arrives safely
If the value of the return exceeds $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after approval
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to post)
- Contact your bank

Sale Items
Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for a refund unless required by law.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift:
- You will receive store credit for the value of the return
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
